Jaaydaad institutes the Real India festival


The Indian economy is on a robust growth trajectory and boasts of a stable 8 plus annual growth rate, rising foreign exchange reserves and a booming capital market amongst others

Finance Minister P Chidambaram addressing the seminar in New York marking the India@60 Promotional Event in September this year, said that stronger growth was ahead for India because investment had surged ahead of consumption, showing a stronger foundation for the future. He further elaborated that "India's investment-to-GDP ratio has touched 35.3% while saving is at 33.8%. All these measures are going to help the Indian growth story" he said.

The FM’s remarks are an indicator of the high growth rate of the Indian economy, and this growth is reflected in the booming real estate sector – that has surged ahead like never before. The growth has not only been in terms of numbers but more so in quality – as today commercial and residential constructions are meeting international standards and competing with the best in the global market..
